Hoxsie Homes for Sale

Warwick's largest neighborhood, next to T.F. Green Airport

Hoxsie (often spelled Hoxie) is the largest section of Warwick and sits right in the center of the city, between Airport Road and Warwick Avenue, next to T.F. Green International Airport. Hoxsie Four Corners, where Warwick Avenue, Airport Road and West Shore Road meet, is one of the city's main intersections.

Homes in Hoxsie

Most homes were built between the 1940s and late 1960s: ranches, capes and some colonials on gridded suburban streets, plus a number of newer builds. It is one of Warwick's best-value areas. Streets closest to the runways can have aircraft noise, and we make sure buyers know exactly where a home sits relative to the flight path.

Living in Hoxsie

If you travel often, being minutes from the airport and the MBTA station at T.F. Green is a real advantage. Hoxsie Elementary is on Glenwood Drive, and the Warwick Mall, Warwick Avenue shopping and Oakland Beach are all close.
