Mobile phone numbers and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent, and related personal information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law or as strictly necessary for a service provider to deliver our own messages to you.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS consent. We do not provide mobile numbers or SMS consent to lenders, title companies, insurance providers, affiliated agencies, marketing partners, data brokers, lead buyers, or any other third party for their own marketing use.

Consent to receive text messages is collected separately and specifically, through an unchecked checkbox on our web forms or by your direct request to one of our agents. It is never a condition of buying, selling, or of any service we provide, and it is never bundled into any other agreement. Reply STOP to any message to end messages, or HELP for help. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry when you register on the site, save a search, request property information or a home valuation, or contact us.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and comparable technologies. Most browsers let you refuse cookies; parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

Property activity. Listings you view, save, or ask about, so we and your agent can respond usefully.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you asked for.
  • To arrange, confirm, and follow up on appointments and showings.
  • To send you listings, market information, and updates you asked to receive.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, and real estate licensing obligations.

When we share information

We share personal information only in these situations:

  • Our own team. The licensed agents and staff of PRG Premier Group who are helping you.
  • Service providers acting for us. Vendors that host this site, deliver our email and text messages, and run our customer relationship management system. They may use the information only to provide those services to us, under contract, and may not use, share, or sell it for any other purpose.
  • People you ask us to involve. If you ask to be introduced to a lender, attorney, inspector, or other professional, we will make that introduction with your agreement. We do not pass your information to them otherwise, and we never pass mobile numbers or SMS consent for their marketing.
  • Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Property listing data

Listing information on this site is provided through IDX feeds from the applicable multiple listing services and is subject to their terms. Listing data is owned by the respective MLS and its participants, is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use, and may not be redistributed. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate. Displayed listings may no longer be available.

Your choices

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or contact us.
  • Text messages: reply STOP. Opt-outs are honored permanently.
  • Access, correction, deletion: email melissa@prgri.com or call (401) 288-3600 to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We keep opt-out records even after deletion so your choice continues to be honored.
  • Do Not Track: we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Security and retention

We store personal information in accordance with current industry standards and limit access to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to comply with our legal and licensing obligations.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
