Michael Veltri

Born and raised in Rhode Island living in both Smithfield and Narragansett have a vast knowledge of the whole state. 

Shortly after graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Communications I started my career in Real Estate.  I have been a full time Realtor for 20 years. During college I worked for my father’s Land Surveying & building companies.  I have extensive knowledge with all aspects of Real Estate including single & Multi- family homes, commercial,   new construction and vacant land.  I’ve been passionate about Real Estate since I was very young while working with my father on new subdivisions. 

I also specialize in Short sales and Bank owned properties having taken several classes and holding numerous accreditations.  I typically will work 7 days a week and can always be reached

I work closely with RI Housing and other lenders with 1^st time homebuyers.  I will spend the time to explain the whole buying process prior to even looking at homes so they can feel comfortable with the whole process. 

I will tell my clients that there is no such thing as a stress free transaction, but my job is to take as much of the stress off of you as possible.  I do this by educating the buyer or seller and keeping in constant communication throughout the whole transaction.  With 20 years of full time service I’ve seen a lot and can typically work through any issues that may come up.

Throughout my RE career I have received many Awards including the prestigious 5 Star Sales award and RE Professionalism Award.
