I,Ligia, immigrated to the US from Cape Verde in 1999, so I have ties to one of the well established communities shaping the culture in Rhode Island/ southern Mass. I grew up with two brothers and two sisters, so I am used to making my voice heard in an influential way, and she developed a warm personality that pairs well with my tenacious desire to succeed.
I want to create a fuller life and future for my family. I graduated from Berkeley College with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a perfect 4.0 GPA.

I am also licensed as a Financial Services/Insurance provider, in many states including RI, Mass, and New Jersey.
